Returns
We appreciate it’s sometimes difficult to make a purchase
without actually touching and seeing a product, so that’s
why we’ve got a 30 day ‘no worries money back guarantee’
policy. If for whatever reason you’re not happy with your
selection, we’ll gladly refund you the total product(s) value
once we’ve received the product(s) back at our warehouse in
their original condition– you can’t ask for more than
that. Alternatively, you may wish to exchange for a different colour
or style, we can do that too.
Furthermore, even though our products are delicates don’t
be concerned with faulty goods, as we provide a 30 day warranty
against material defects and workmanship on all our products.
If a product becomes faulty or you change your mind about your
purchase, simply send the goods back in their original packaging
including the invoice which is included in your parcel and reason
for return and we will look after the rest. Be sure to use a secure
means to return to us as we are unable to accept responsibility
for loss of goods in transit on their way back.

fax 07 3351 1355 titled Bra Straps Returns with your details including
name, address, contact details, invoice number, and details of the
impending return.
We will endeavour to process your refund or exchange as quickly
as we can however the process may take between 7 – 10 days.
Delivery details
Bra Straps Australia is committed to offering you delivery
options to suit your needs and budget. Given the small size of the
products and that they are presented pre-packed inside a durable plastic
display container, Australia Post is the most economical and practical
means for delivery.

Australia
For 1 – 2 items bought we offer a set $2.00 freight
charge and send via Express Post Australia Wide.
For 3 or more items we send FREE OF CHARGE via Express Post
Australia Wide.
If you want added security, you can also choose to have your
order sent via Registered Post. Simply click the option during
the checkout process. If you order 3 or more items, you will
be charged if you pick this service instead of our
FREE delivery offer.
For 1- 4 items, the extra cost for Registered Post is $2.50,
therefore $4.50 is total cost including Post charge.
International
For our ever increasing international customers, we send via
Air Mail. Delivery generally takes between 3 – 10 days,
depending on your destination and internal postal service.
Costs are based on Australia Posts pricing schedules to the
particular 4 regions.

For every 1 pair of Bra Straps above 6 pair the nominal rate is AUD0.60
for each extra pair ordered.
Order processing
Once payment has been received we aim to process your order with
24-48 hours. By using the Express Post option, most orders are processed
and delivered to wear within 2-3 days. How good is that!
